Initial diagnosis or repair required for new customers is discounted at 15%. Cancellation before the end of the subscription cycle results in fee equal to the remaining cost of subscription cycle. Additional repairs outside of your subscription perks require subscription upgrade or additional charges.

Bikes have distance and time based service intervals. Excessive wear can occur when these intervals are missed, resulting in increased cost and wear.
Here are a few examples of bicycle service intervals:Lube cables, derailleurs, brakes, and pivot points once every 500 miles/once a year.
Replace chain when stretched, 500-1500 miles without chain wax.
Tubeless tire sealant: refresh every 3 months, replaced every 6.
Hydraulic brakes: bleed once per year, replace pads as necessary.
Lube chain once a month or ~50 miles, wax chain every 300 miles.
Suspension service every 50 hours of riding.
Freehub service: once per year or 300 miles.
Hub grease once every 1000 miles, depending on terrain.
